Acne Free in 3 Days Ebook Review – Is it Worth It?
November 30, 2009 by admin
Let me start off by saying: this book is LONG – 125 pages to be exact. While this is a subjective statement that has mostly to do with my attention span, this is a good thing for people looking for an in-depth, information-filled acne ebook.
What is Acne Free in 3 Days Ebook about?
The premise of the ebook is basically a 3 day fast. This fast involves eating apples and applying enemas which is supposed to help cleanse and detoxify the body. In addition, an external use of essential oils enhances the effects of the cleanse.
That’s it! It seems pretty simple, doesn’t it? It does, and here are the pros and cons I found important to mention:
What I didn’t like:
As I said, the book is just a bit too long for my taste. Pages 14-81 go into detail about Chris’ background and his own personal battle with acne. While I am a sucker for success stories,
A little too information filled – This ebook is sure to give you an information overload. An acne sufferer, I would imagine, is interested in getting to the applicable information before reading the additional resources.
There are links and products recommended throughout the book that are Chris’ affiliate links. You don’t have to purchase the products through the links provided, you can easily get them elsewhere.
What I liked:
He is certainly taking this topic seriously with the sheer amount of information provided in this ebook. Although most of the information is nothing new, I will give him thumbs up with trying to back up the claims and info with medical research and tons of statistics.
Glossary – It ends the book and it is a good reference as some of the terminology used can be confusing.
All natural acne healing approach. Every ingredient used in his method is natural and can be acquired easily at a reasonable cost.
60 day money back guarantee – always nice. If you don’t like it and the method doesn’t work for you, you have plenty of time to return the book for a full refund.
Free bonuses – Nice free addition to this ebook are 6 free ebooks Chris offers when you purchase the book.
Undecided:
An integral part of Acne Free in 3 Days method is the use of enema. Although it has not been scientifically backed up, colonics is rapidly gaining in popularity among the alternative health followers. I would strongly advise you to read up on it from reputable sources before deciding to go with it. I would certainly NOT advise teenage population to go with it. So, it is up to you – make an informed decision before taking action.
From Chris’ account of his personal battle with acne, I had an impression that he did not suffer from a severe form of it and maybe that’s the key.
This method requires a 3 day fast which might be difficult to follow for some people. It is not impossible, but you have to be self-disciplined and stay on the program to see positive results.
Overall
I would recommend Acne Free in 3 Days to anyone affected by acne and looking for natural, holistic ways of curing acne. This product is not for you if you’re looking for an overnight cure; there is no such thing! But, if you’re disciplined and willing to give this method a try, I would recommend you try the method mentioned in this ebook. This ebook is the most comprehensive acne ebook I had a chance to read.
